HOW LONG WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Our couriers guarantees delivery in maximum 48 hours on almost all the national territory. Recall, however, that we speak of working days, Saturdays and Sundays our couriers do not deliver. It may take a few more days if the order will be delivered in Sicily, Sardinia, Calabria and smaller islands.

You can always contact us before concluding the order if you would like to know the exact times or if you have special delivery requirements.

Once the carrier receives your shipment you will receive an email with all the details of the shipment and the link to be able to draw on line. Do not hesitate to contact us for any problem anyway.

I DO NOT REMEMBER MY PASSWOR

When you sing up on our site you will choose a username and password that will allow you access to your personal control panel where you can see the history of your orders, edit your data, etc. Should you not remember your username or password you can retrieve them by following the procedure on line or you can simply contact us by mail and ask us what you need..

If you contact us by email we will send you a new password that replaces the previous one because Cloez.com not aware of passwords of its customers. You can always change your password by accessing the panel ACCOUNT INFORMATION that is visible on the homepage only when you log in.

If you have problem sign up you're probably using a username already used by another client or your operating system does not allow proper use of captcha. Contact us and we will perform the sign up for you, we'll send you your username and password that you can change whenever you want.

HOW DO I MAKE A RETURN

You have received one or more items that are not going well? Within 15 days after receiving the items (products should not be used, worn, washed or damaged and the label must still be attached to products) you can fill out the return form and send it by fax (+39 080 4306927) or email . You will be quickly contacted by our customer service that will agree with you on the day when the courier will pick the package with the leaders to make. You print anything or pay anything, just put the leaders who want to make it in a box (also our best) or envelope and deliver them to the carrier. Our customer service will agree with you also the terms of reimbursement.

HOW DO I GET A REFUND? HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE?

You can always convert your credit in a discount coupon to be used for new purchases of cloez.com. Otherwise, if you paid by cash, credit card or bank you will need to specify the return form data to a bank account where will refund (remember to write the IBAN in full and the account holder in order to facilitate this operation). If you paid with PayPal we will credit the amount of the refund on the PayPal account from which you made the purchase. The repayment operations will be carried out as soon as we receive the items you returned and we will have verified the integrity.

On cloez.com you can pay in several ways:

- MARK (pay in cash to the courier when you receive your order, this service costs € 4,00)
- PAYPAL
- BANK TRANSFER (just checked and prepared your order we will send you an email with our IBAN on which make the transfer)
- CREDIT CARD (pay at extreme safety with all major credit cards in circulation)
- For orders outside Italy is expected to pay on delivery.

WHY IS ASKED ME A CODE OF SAFETY WHILE I TRY TO PAY WITH VISA OR MASTERCARD?

SecureCode and Verified By Visa are codes that increase the security standard defined by the international circuits. All you do is choose a message and a password. Contact your bank to find out more.

CAN I CHANGE MY DATA PROFILE?

It is possible to modify data in your profile, add a new shipping address, and more. You must be logged. Afterwards go to the My Account link found under the heading DASHBOARD down the site.

CAN I RECEIVE THE BILL OF MY PURCHASE?

The goods, when specifically requested by the customer, traveling with receipt attached. you can request an invoice specifying it in the order notes, before you make the payment, indicating VAT or tax code.

CAN I PLACE AN ORDER BY TELEPHONE?

If you want to make a phone order you can call us at (+39) 080 4306927 from 9am to 1pm and from 4pm to 9pm from Monday to Saturday. Alternatively you can send us an email with your telephone number and you will be contacted in a short time from our customer service.
